Keep on Keeping on….
Word on the business wire is now that we are coming out of winter hibernation it has left a realisation that business is slow and the pipeline is sluggish.
In the past few weeks we have been having this conversation A LOT with our clients and suppliers. These conversations have turned into a pep talk and a reminder to build on the tools and resources that have become ingrained in their business plans.

It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. But, you will never change until you change something you do daily.
First, you have to know what it is you are making or breaking - the secret of your success in found in your daily routine.
Some key areas to find these pieces of gold are:
Goals are your beacon in life.Goals make life happen instead of just letting it happen to you.
Now you know what you want to do with your time, work out what you are actually doing with your time right now. Time flies and you can either fill your time, or life will fill it for you.
Set your week up, keeping in mind your ideal week. Keep doing this until your ideal week becomes the life you are living.
To keep on keeping on, notwithstanding all the curveballs coming at you, your mind has to be in the game.
Do this by looking for things that ARE working and being GRATEFUL for what you DO have.
The cherry on top is to remind yourself daily - You are amazing, you can do anything, and most importantly, productivity is a choice.
Celebrate your individuality and acknowledge that you are prepared to succeed.
For transitioning and change think about what your legacies will be - the improvements you make to the lives of people, animals or the environment while you are alive to see them; passing on knowledge gained by experience and not just handing down; moving on to new opportunities rather than just retiring.
Your vison is your What, your mission is your How, your motivators are your Why, and your core values are your operating state for your When.
